What is wrong w/ my oscar?

I can home today and found that my smallest albino oscar has what looks like a growth of some sort on it's one fin. I've never seen this before. What could it be? Maybe a parasite? The other fish look okay. Should I be concerned? I tried to take a picture of it. I hope you can see what I am talking about.
Please help.

some kind of fungus, start treating it...it'll get worse

Could be fungus, scarring from an injury, or even an ich parasite, I would start with a partial water change and salt treatment, keep watching it, if it spreads or gets fuzzy switch to a fungacide.
