I've done some searching around and can't find any answer.
His front legs appear swollen, I've caught frogs with severely swollen legs before..
The other one's legs look plump too, but not as bad.
What is wrong with him?
Also, he's rather thin, whereas the other bully in there is a fatty.

They are in a 33 long until it warms up enough for them.
Then are getting crickets and earthworms.
Temperature is about 75 in the cooler area, where they stay, and about 80 in the warmest. and humid.

Do you see any redness, or other signs of problems? He looks like a normal mature male to me; they tend to develop 'Popeye' arms.

They both look fine and normal to me. The male uses his muscular forearms and thumbs to get a good grip on the female during amplexus.
