What is wrong with my Oscar??

Hello I have two small oscars living together in my 55 gallon grow out tank. One of the oscars are completely fine but the other one has had these scratch like marks on his side. Today I found the one with scratch marks with an swollen eye. It's at least two times the size as the other. What is this? And what should I do? I have never fed them feeders. I do a 50% water change every week and the temperature is at 76 degrees. I have a picture but I took it very quickly so it is not very helpful.

it sounds like aggression for the scratches, but if there's no visible damage around the eye then it's probably pop eye and needs medication. I've used Tetracycline Hydrochloride before with good results.
 
Oscars can be agressive and territorial. I'm with the others, sounds like one is beating on the other. You may want to put a divider in the tank and see if he heals up.
