What is wrong with my redtail cat

I just notes't The left pupil on my redtail looks odd. He is about 12inc
Any body know what is going on.
Don't mind the pellets that are on his head. I just fed him wen i notes't it

If the eye was normal before, then this is likely a physical injury. Plecos are very spiky all around, similar to a hedgehog. It could have done that if the RTC decided to check it out as a food item (say a lucky tail swipe over the RTCs eye)... it is less likely but possible even if the RTC didn't do anything to the pleco.

Yeah. Just swollen and maybe infection under the eye ball in the sac that surrounds it.
