Sounds like an internal parasite. I would put it in a QT tank and medicate with prazipro. Temp 86-88F, lots of aeration, and add aquarium salt. What were you feeding it?

If it starts eating, mix its food with metronidazole.

Frozen silversides, with live feeder once a week.

Many people on here will tell you to avoid the live feeders. Not only do they contain poor nutritional value, but they harbor disease and parasites. I would avoid them all together, unless you bred/raised the feeders yourself. To me that is a big hassle, I would rather just feed a high quality pellet and supplement with fish fillet or shrimp.

For now, I would do what I mentioned above and try to get him eating. Feeders for now, until he gets his appetite back. Then fatten him back up with silversides and once he is healthy try to get him on pellet.
