hello my friends i am from greece and i have 1 tank 700 liters
i have 3 datnoids 20-15-15 cm

i bye 8 more

the 4 is 10 cm
and the others is 5 cm

if i put it all together
you say I have a problem ???

eat one another ????????

the datnoid
have a problem with the lights;
I have 3 dat for now and just retrieves the lights
go in shadows

I only have 100 watts in 700 liters
do so because they are few;
and if they get the other
and become 11 datnoids
will change behavior????????????
 
Shouldn't be a problem as long as your able to handle the bio load and all of them are well fed..... Flaring and chasing is common in community tank
 
Datnoids will not eat each other. They will chase each other to establish dominance. As far as lighting, they prefer dimmer lighting and show their colors better in dimmer lighting.
 
Agreed,they will not eat each other but there may be some squabbles and chasing as they try to establish dominance.Dats are normally lurkers and hiders so they may take a while to get used to the lights.I rarely even use my tank lights.

unfortunately in Greece these fish are rare and very few hobbyists have them to give information and they are all beginners like me in these fish

I own my bought a year ago 1 cm and now
I have done 20-15-15 cm with no loss I doing very well i thing
 
Sounds good.What are you feeding your datnoids?
