i have found this in my tank a few times, it looks like it might be poop but I don’t think I have any fish that poop like that, I’m worried it might be a kuhli loach because I have 13 of them and it’s hard to keep track of all of them, the only thing I have that might poop like that is a green phantom and gold nugget pleco. The thing is right in front of the banana plant, its a transparent greenish brown color

Tbh it's hard to tell from the pic. I personally would remove and give a closer look with a magnifying glass or microscope.

I looked and it almost looks like the internal intestines or something of a loach, it looks like a clear-ish plastic tube filled with some sort of greenish brown stuff, I think I might just catch every kuhli loach I can and make sure none died

It's poop. Might not be healthy poop. When fish have parasites, one of the telltale signs is "stringy white poop" which is actually the fish shedding a layer/membrane of their intestines.
Not sure that the fish have parasites, cant tell much from the pic, but that's what it sounds like your describing. I would look up hexamita causes and sypmtoms.

I don't see any signs of a fish having a parasite, my fish are all very healthy and none are thin, my loaches are normal, my peacock gudgeons are fat and have a lot of eggs in them (I have all females), my plecos don't have a sunken stomach, my tetras and barbs aren't thin and emaciated, and my shark is doing fine too, I really have no Idea what it could be that has parasites if any, I think it might be from my plecos because I don't know any other fish that can poop like that, it looks like it's more clear with something green/brown in it than white though
