what kind is that fish

I have this fish from about 2 years since it was about 2 inch

I bought it as it is a flowerhorn but i dont know really what its kind

so any one here knows what kind of this fish and if it is a flowerhorn so what its name

the fish looks green in the pic but it is blue

and if any one can know it's sex

It's really hard to say what is the value of it. That will vary from one and each opinions point of view. Hobbyist of flowerhorns that are into breeding will buy that female for $100 firm no question asked. At least that's what I would pay for if I needed that female for a breeding project...
