What kind of algae is this? Hoe do I deal with it?

I believe its BBA (black beard algae). I am sure its due to my phosphates. However, I am not sure on how to deal with my phosphates. When I was in salt side I added tons of macroalgae and it worked fine.

1. How do I stop it?
2. How do I remove it from driftwood?
3. Is there a solution in my 3 canisters?...
I have 2 Rena XP4's and and an Odyssea large canister filter.
