What kind of algae is this? Is it something to worry about?

Is it slimy and does it come off easily?
Could be early Cyanobacteria growth.

If you are referring to the black tufts on the back glass, that is BBA (black bush algae or black beard algae), a tough one to control. Need to mechanically remove as much as possible regularly, and stay on it. When it gets onto plants it becomes a pita. Some people have had success using peroxide, but generally only on areas that become exposed (out of water) during water changes.

As said above, BBA is a pain if you don't want it. But, if you let it go, it looks quite beautiful.
