I been noticing my plants is starting to have some algea growing on it.But Im not sure if its because I leave the light on to long or what.What can I do to take care of this problem?Sorry for the bad pic.

That is just a brown algae. This can be rid of by increasing you lighting intensity, or watching your silicate levels.
I still don't see it, but if it's brown algae then it's super easy to get rid of and completely harmless.
