What kind of bass am I ?

These bass always retain all the bars and markings you see,even when calm and relaxed. The info I got was they were collected in Venezeula,near Colombian border. I just took him and his buddy out of my pond today and they both had a beautiful light blue sheen to them. I will take more pics soon ,now that they are inside in a tank. Thanks

They were sold to me as nigromaculata. They are getting nicer looking as they get bigger. coppery-gold markings are starting to show up on their sides and they have an overall blue sheen. Perhaps maybe Samurai has better pictures of some of them from Japan I cannot find many nigromaculata pics on the net.
