What Kind of Bird is This?

I spotted this strange looking raptor on the way home from work today,at first I thought it was a hawk but it is too dark in color....and that face lol.

Looks like a turkey vulture to me. Got them here all over Florida. I believe that's what they are called.

I was thinking some kind of vulture or turkey buzzard.There are plenty of hawks in the area but I certainly have never seen any vultures or buzzards around here.It was actually tearing apart a squirrel which caused me to smile and laugh a little.

That is not a vulture a vulture is much bigger and you don't find them on the ground unless their home is near.

To me this looks like my grandma, Aka a turkey vulture

That looks like one but no red head unless you blotched out the head because it eating the squirrel.
