What Kind of Cichla Is This?

I just got a cichla from my local fish store today and am loving it. However, the sign strictly said "Peacock Bass" and not what type it is. Just wondering if anyone can help me tell exactly what type of cichla it is.

He's only about 3 or so inches right now. Haven't been able to get an actual measurement on him yet so that's just a guess. Can't wait to get this guy into a bigger tank in the next couple days along with my tire track :)
 
im not sure but it looks like a farmy i had a couple years back

@haynchinook: It's doin fine. He's just about used to the aquarium and is moving around plenty. He's already eaten too so he's in good shape right now.

@troutking: yeah after looking at a couple other pics I think he looks the most like a mono. Awesome help :)
 
dude i bought mine lookin exactly the same as urz..mine i believe is pushing 4-5 inches and startin to show white spots on his back top fin only..i was in the same shoes as u a few weeks back..still dont know what mine is lol..heres a pic of the day i bought him..
