what kind of crab is this?

I purchased this crab for a dollar and half,but i have no idea what kind of crab is this..It has hairs in its head maybe for luring small fishes and hairs in all of its legs like the ones in roaches,it has a white claw,and it dwells in freshwater..help please... he is now submerged in my tank for a day

hmm not sure what species. at first thought it was a harlequin crab, but dont think its quite right. i've only kept red claws. looks great though

He looks like a piscavore, better watch out. Even if he isnt, he could do some serious damage with those claws.

wait these are FRESHWATER??? They look marine to me... expecially the hermit...
