This morning I see many small moving creature in the tank which moves wiht difficulties. Some of them are eaten by guppies, I don’t know what it is , is it some baby fish if yes what type of fish made babies becuase I don’t have any other fish in the tank except guppies and bristlenose pleco, but plecos babies don’t come out until fully formed. Is this baby pleco that came out without fully forming?

It does look similar to pleco fry. Most likely one of them got lost from the nest before maturing as much as the others.
If you only have guppies and plecos in the tank, then that kinda narrows it down it could be a guppy fry, but they're usually more free swimming than that almost immediately. So, I'm guessing pleco. You'll know in a week or two if it doesn't die/get eaten.
