Picked it up in Cincinnatti today at world of pets.thought it was pretty unique looking, especially the tail. What do you all think? He's around 3"

Yup I agree, definitely a silver/american dat. They are my favorite, I find black stripes on a silver background a cool combo (abused it in Need for Speed Underground 2 with all my cars)

I don't think many people have been able to get them very large. They're brackish and just randomly die in full fresh

Sliver dat it is. I've seen them get pretty big. Almost like indo. I think the growth rate should be about the same as indo. Great price btw. Saw some in ny for almost $100 for a 5-6"
