We picked up 8 of these little guys yesterday for 18.75 a piece, they're about an inch long.
I'm new to dats, so don't trust myself to identify them, but I'm pretty sure they're indos.
What do you guys think? Indos or not?

The guy at the fish store said they'd been eating frozen krill and some other stuff. As soon as we got them home they started eating some freeze-dried krill and ignored the frozen stuff I had. :screwy:

INDO Dats AKA they are IT... not a bad price!

Bloodworms will grow them fast, but Krill is good for them too, mine laugh at krill, wont touch the stuff

Thanks! That's what I thought they were.

Yeah, we've only had them since yesterday and we've tried a couple of things but they seem to like krill best so far.
They don't seem to be the best hunters. At one point they all went after a piece of krill and no one got it because they rammed into each other and lost it.

I haven't tried the frozen bloodworms I bought yet, maybe they'll like those.

They will LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE those! Get bloodworms!

Nope, they hated the tbloodworms lol. They all tried a piece and each one spit it back out.
They are loving the frozen brine shrimp though.
Hopefully we find something else for them to eat.

That's funny...mine destroy bloodworms. The only thing I can think of is that mine tend to ignore them unless they are really warm. I thaw them in the hottest water I can get and net them out into the tank...then the feeding frenzy starts.

I just throw in a big frozen chunk of BW and let it melt slowly, the worms start to descend in unison and then some big chunks slowly fall to the bottom of the tank, where the Stalking Dats are ready to pounce..

well the only blood worms my indos like are the hikari ones they wont touch any other i tried... damn picky bastards
