Without a picture for me to see its a bit difficult to try to diagnose what's going on and what it is.
I need more info. Like where on the fish is this at? Is it all over? More description of the issue would help as algae comes in different shapes and types.
Is there any other wounds? Or anything else you can describe?

I can't tell much from that picture unfortunatly, it could be fungus. Try this do a large water change 50%+ clean water is key to treating anything. Add 2 tablespoons of salt (aquarium salt) or what ever you have available per 5 gallons of water. Tomarrow do a 25% water change and replace the salt that was removed with the water change. Do this every day for the next week. Do you have acess to any medacations?

i did a water change and did put (fungus,parasites) medicine, but i didnt have aquarium salt, but still he did not seemed to recover..
