IMO anyone that has what it takes to maintain a 210g tank will no the answer to the question asked.-------just in case you are doing the right thing and doing some research instead of jumping in over your head. Do a general Internet search on DIY sump filtration. Thats the best form of filtration and also the cheapest if you have the necessary skills needed to build one.
I dont know the prices on wet/drys but try a fx5
