What kind of fish are these?

Im not sure about the first picture but I have a guess on the second one. Both fish look like Vieja fenestratus. There is a pink/red variety and a blue type. I'm growing out two of the blue type right now and it sure looks a lot like my fish. The whole latin name thing I'm not sure about because they also go by Paratheraps fenestratus also. Common name the window cichlid.

i think the first fish is from asia some type of wild tilapia or wild jack dempsey probly kind of off but im guessing

Like I said on your other thread
1. Oreochromis aureus
2. (Top) Pink morph of the Paratheraps fenestratus, (Bottom) normal coloration fenestraus

Aren't Oreochromis aureus illegal in CA?
