What Kind of fish is this?

I found this guy on one of the websites i buy fish off it is labeled "Crazy Fish" with no description. I think it might be a nile perch of some kind but I really have no clue. What do you guys think?

not a perch, but a butis butis, I had one, they call it a crazy fish because its swims upside down, flows with the curret of the water like a leaf, does all sorts of weirds things, wish I still had mine but he commited suicide
