What kind of fish is this?

I agree about it looking like a Tilapine, it has the typical spot in th posterior of the dorsal fin that Tilapines exhibit.
Here are a couple examples , although there are hundreds of Tilapines that look very much alike, so very hard to distinguish one from another.
