The 1st thing that appears to me to be, is a young uncolored, or a very poorly colored older Hypsophtys nicaraguense.
the one below is immature, and uncolored
or maybe someones attempt to hybridize a nic with something else, and instead of producing more color, did the opposite.
At maturity a male look like this
or like the 2 females in the foreground below
