Possibly, Trimacs are used to make that genetic monstrosity.

Might be a hybrid of sorts, though definitely much more pure looking than a fh.

It would be very hard to discern between a true trimaculatus, and a FH by just that one photo.
And without knowing progeny, it is probably only realistic to assume it is a hybrid no matter how many photos.
Because only a DNA test would' give a valid ID.
