Pearly red dragon, I wouldnt consider it a Kamfamalau jst cus of the sloppy pearls

I would say for sure its half kamfa half red dragon as a friend of mine breed this same combination the they turned out just like that

I have one that looks simular to yours. Was sold to me as a kk but everyone seems to have a different answer on what it is. I believe its kamfamalau so I think yours is too.
