Raw shrimp/prawn , muscles , whitebait and hikari carni sticks are the best pellet to get it onto as a main diet imo , stay away from live feeders if possible it'll only cause problems in future either through disease or getting them off them onto other foods.
Your aro probably won't eat pellet at first if so feed the above and try seasoning the fresh food with crushed pellet to get used to the taste , you can starve your aro onto pellet but yours is a little small for that so its risky
