What kind of frog or toad is this? Is it native?

I'm sitting here on my cousins porch and I look in her pool that has a broken pipe. So the wildlife took it over. It has a bunch of frogs in it. And I find this thing floating on the water so I moved it to a step of the pool out of the water until I can get an Id to see what it is. I think its a toad. And is this native to pennsylvania. Looks really cool

Its about 4 inches and its still alive it just looks dead in the one pic

Looks like a common toad to me, which you should have no problem finding natively in PA.

Oh my bad lol. I've never seen one before. It looked so cool when I saw it. I guess its not unique
