I'm looking for some kind of black paint for my indoor pond. (something non-toxic to fish, obviously.)

anyone have any suggestions?

People have had luck with Krylon Fusion spray paint. It is commonly used for painting PVC pipes for overflows used inside the tank. I am looking at it to paint a background I made (in tank).

I used it on my overflow for my big tank and this is the before and after.

Wow. That made a HUGE difference. My pond is that bright blue color as well. I'm probably going to use that paint if it won't hurt my fish.

Should I sand it first?

Is the pond blue plastic? Flexible or rigid?
