What kind of Peacock Bass Is this???

i saw them at my LFS for $12 and i saw him drop som feeders in with them and they were gone so quick so i brought them lol
hes about 4-5 inches how long does it take for one of these to grow and will the color get brighter?

Newbie here, just come to learn and share.
I have seen both ocell and mono, the differences is more on the yellow marking and black spots on ocellaris while mono only appear 3 bars toward greenish body. Correct me if I'm wrong. Ocellaris appear red eyes ring and mono show gold ring.
