What kind of Pleco is this?

I picked it up today for $5. It stood out from the rest to say the least

Looks like some type of Acanthicus sp. How big is it? It might be a female bristlenose?

L41 maybe(but i doubt it). i'll have a look

It is about 3 inches from tip tail.

well i think its prob. Chaetostoma sp '4'. looks like it'll grow to look like this:

either way, at 5$ i dont think you've been ripped off lol. you in the us have crazy prices, theyre either dirt cheap or well expensive in comparison to me!

lol, its kinda hard to mistake from a front view it is one of the rubberlips. the top one you posted had weird colouring in comparison to the other two aswell lol. anyway, hope he does well
