What kind of puffer is this?

So... I just got a new puffer today... and was told it was a tetraodon suvattii. I'm pretty sure that's not accurate. 95% sure. Maybe you guys could help me out?

Also... his (or her... I don't know...) eyes look a little cloudy. Anyone know why?

I think it's the monotrete turgidus. Thoughts? And... how much do those usually go for?

x2 just got a few of these in at work. pretty sure ours are priced under 15$. But then I also got my Fahaka that we priced at 14.99$ so our prices on livestock seem to be generally dirt cheap compared to alot of LFS in the WI/IL area.

as for the eyes I notice ours often come in like this but good care and clean water and they clear up generally w/out any other measures.
