Are there any kind of puffers that do really well with tankmates? I had just a small green spotted puffer and I loved the guy, I love how puffers swim and how active they are....but he ate out my bichir's eyes so I had to get rid of him. Now I've restarted my tank and I do have another small bichir, are there any puffers that are compatible with slow moving fish like the bichir?

Best go with a figure 8. Get one in a 20 long, and you can probably keep a hardy brackish goby in there. Did this once with a pair of stigmatogobius sadanundio(knight goby) and a fig 8.
What about pea pod puffers??? they are tiny little guys, if anything they are gonna get picked on.
i'm not sure, but they are a schooling fish and can get to be around 12" so just be ready for em!
