I haven't posted in awhile and have a severum question since I have never had them before. What kind do I have? Also, I am surprised by what I know that he is one of the dominant fish in my 125. Also, I would like to know the sex of my grammode and EBJD.

Also, here are some shots of my 125 and it's occupants which are:

14 inch Jag
9 inch GT
7 inch grammode (given to me by a lfs with cloudy eye and all beat up at the time...very peaceful fish so far)
10 inch dovii (yes I know a 125 is too small long term, he has a 240 waiting)
7 inch severum
couple of cons
12 inch pleco

This is a surprisingly peaceful tank. Of course I am not planning long term for the dovii in there. He is really non-aggressive and gets chased by the severum. I got him from a guy who had him in a 180 with angels and severums. He'll snap I'm sure, but it's fun for the time making it work until he gets too big.

The other tank is a 56 gallon dedicated to my EBJD. The tank includes

5 inch EBJD
3 silver dollars
3 inch acara
4 inch ornate bichir
2-3 inch honduran red points

Thanks in advance for answering the severum question.

Thanks. Are they fairly common as severums go?

Some might say they are pretty common but I've never seen red or gold severums sold here. When I was starting up my SA tank I looked everywhere for these guys but eventually ended up with 2 green severums.

Def. a Red Sev. I think in my neck of the woods they are not really rare, bot I don't think a lot of people keep them for some reason. I don't know why. I love them. Is yours the "cop" of the tank?

He keeps to himself but if he is challenged, even by the dovii, he chases them out.

The first red I had would actually get into the middle of battles to break them up. He was a great fish. BTW, how is the temperament of your GT? I've got a 3'' GT that is still pretty mellow and doesn't bother anyone.

The GT is fairly mellow. I have had them be mellow and I have had real jerks. This one is okay. As far as policing the tank. My big Jag does that. He does not fight but will break any up.
