Those could just be apple snails. There are many genus under the apple snail tree branch...not just the common yellow ones. A few examples:

  • Asolene
  • Felipponea
  • Lanistes
  • Marisa
  • Afropomus
  • Saulea
  • Pornacea

Check this website out there's a ton of info on apple snails... http://www.applesnail.net/

The ones on the pics below are the Asolene Spixi genus...the pattern kinda looks like yours.

Snail food? wtf? I didn't know all that... I thought they just ate scum and waste from the tank... What exactly should I put in there for them? Keep in mind they're in an oscar tank...

Just drop some sinking veggie wafers for them in the tank. I have 7 apple snails in a breeding tank, they eat one wafer a day. That will ensure they get enough food.
