what kind of sump do i need for a 40 breader?

i have a 40 gallon breeder that i plan on putting corals in. i don't have any pre-drilled holes in the tank so i plan on going with a HOB overflow box and some sort of sump system that will be best for corals. i need help on setting this up or weather i should just buy a sump and overflow system brand new...

I use a eshopps pf-300 on my 40 mixed reef with a 20L sump and my water is damn near perfect all the time. A 20L is a good size for a 40 but bigger is always better.

If you can fit a other 40B I would do that. Petco has their $1 a gallon sale going on you could make a sump out of 1 of those
