What kind of turtle is this?

Looks like a red-eared slider. I can't really see the red part from those pics but they look exactly like one I used to own.
....that was my first guess as well,although I don't see any red....it reminds me though,soon the turtle sellers will be out and about around here with tiny red ears in the plastic containers.
