what kinda koi is this?

It looks like a goldfish, not a koi. If it were one of those super deformed koi, then it would be a long-tail chagoi.

Edit:Or just a super deformed wild common carp.
 
Either a comet goldfish or a butterfly koi or a fantail carp...hard to tell when the picture is too small.
 
Hard to tell with the pic so small. It looks more like a Goldfish but could be a koi x goldfish cross, since the head is rounded, not pointy like a koi. It looks like the tail is double lobed and if so points to it being a hybrid instead of a butterfly koi which have singular lobed tails.
 
Looks like a goldfish, not a koi. To be sure, check the mouth -- a koi will have barbels (whiskers) on the corners of the mouth. In my experience with koi/goldfish hybrids, they also have these barbels, although the barbels are much shorter than on a regular koi. Goldfish have no barbels at all.
