May i ask what gives it away that it is a female?
I was under the impression it was a male.
Female srd. Quite good female. The stress blackens its colours though. Ocean Free or a mix of hikari pellets and frozen bloodworms. Give her that the colours will surely pop out. Buy a good quality male srd with a big kok. Breed them in another 6-8months time. Just some suggestions if you want to go deep in this flowerhorn hobby.

the one question ive been trying to find the answer for i cant seem to find?
say if i want to breed them and have a pair can they be housed together or do they have to be in separate tanks/ have walls in between them
Find a bigger male srd. Dont mix it with other strains. Just srd with srd so that you can gey more pure fries. Must be seperated until the male is big enough and the female already dropped her tube.

my lfs has really good strains of FHs, ive seen pictures of the dad and he has a massive kok.
currently my 6ft has an aro in it so wont be awhile until i think about having a flower horn breeding set up.
Out of 100 fries only 2-3 that will look exactly like the father. Those are the selected ones. The others will be good quality too but probably not as good as the father
