and there are nice red dpots on the fins. it looks dull on this pic but its actually like nice vibrant red/orange.

will this stay as the fish grows? or will it just start to fade?

thanks

nice jardini. that color and those spots on the fins are not uncommon for jardini....

and jardini is jardini. unlike asian aro, there is no classification based on color.

ohhh icc icc

i thought i read up somwhere about a green one.. or a red one.. i guess those are asian ones?

so a jardini is a jardini is a jardini.. haha alright thanks!

austrailian aros are jardini and lechardti

Yep! A Jardini is a Jardini... i once bought a 4-5 inch Jardini that had this nice bluish yellow tint to the tail fin, the spots on the tail were kinda yellowish... but as it grew the colors started to change, the tail started to get a little darker and it was turning greyish and the spots turned red orange from the yellowish color. But it is still a Beautiful Monster! :grinyes:
So yeah... the colors will change as it grows.

there is only one jardini, color may vary from specimen to specimen, and also may change with lighting, substrate, background etc. there are platinum jardini's but those are very rare. looks like a healthy little jar you have though.

Nice jar :)

Like the others said, there are no real variations of them. Unless its platnium.
