So I am relatively new to fish keeping and I like to read up on my hobbies. What is the best aquarium magazine out there? I am more interested in freshwater and planted tanks. I have no clue what is good or not. Thanks for your help

Tropical Fish Hobbyist for the States.
Practical Fish Keeping Magazine for the UK.
Aquarium Keeper Australia for Oz.

I find that PFK is very good and always performs with quality work in the magazines. the Australian version is slightly worse due to it being much shorter and only releasing an issue every 2 months. Just as a hint, try to collect as many fish magazines as you possibly can. Every one will help you.

I guess I should have clarified that US magazines would be easiest for me. Does Tropical Fish Hobbyist have articles on freshwater?

What about "Aquarium Fish Magazine" and "Freshwater and Marine Aquarium?"

I have my respects for each of those named (US), but you can't get a better mag than TFH! If you're new to fishkeeping, get a subscription to TFH. You will not be let down.

oh, and yes, they cover a lot of freshwater.

All magazines except for specific marine magazines focus on freshwater. Most of the time you'll find breeding articles, D.I.Y, care sheets, posters etc.
