Hi,
I want to make a 3D back ground, what is a safe but light and cheap material that us safe to use in a fish tank and is easy to work with? Also is there any paint that is safe in a fish tank? thanks

well you could use styro foam, and glue it and shape it the way you want, then paint it with acrylic paint. they use it on water falls, and it's safe on fish. that's what I think would work, but there are experts on here that would know more...
