hey guys im hoping to get a 7ft tank and run a 4 ft sump in the sump i will start with filter socks but then fro biological media do you think it is better to fill it with ceramic rings with a few air stones in to keep oxygen levels high or to r=have a k1 moving filter? any opinions welcome.
