I have a 180 gal. with one 9 in oscar,8 in R D and a 7 inch G T male and one pleco. What other one or two S A /C A cichlids could go in here , in the 10 to 12 inch size? I am thinking of trading the R D also, cause the wife really likes HER oscar.

I would be worried about the long term implications of keeping an oscar with a red devil. Red devils get about as big as oscars, but are much more aggressive. If you got rid of the oscar, you could maybe add a jag and a dempsey as davidefc said, or you could go with something similar, like a fredrichsthallii or salvini, etcetera.
