if you're talking about brackish, you options are limited...I'd look into Gymnothorax polyurandon perhaps

also check out gymnothorax tile. 'Freshwater' moray eel. it will need at least 1.015sg, and a fair sized aquarium. also, like any moray, a heavily decorated aquarium is a must, otherwise it will get stressed and stop eating. and its not easy to get them feeding again.
