I'd have to say that for me, it's "The Pursuit of Happyness." I think it's because the main character reminds me of my Dad. He is not rich, by any standard, but he's always been a hard worker, and still, at 59, works hard, manual labor in order to get what he has. He's the one who taught me most of what I know about getting back what you give, and treating people like you want to be treated.
