What multivitamin do you guys use and how do you use it?

I swear by this stuff. But I don't feed fresh or frozen food. I use it on pellets and freeze dried foods.
I do this at least every other day at least with some of the foods.
I also use it in the water when I change water and clean the tank.
I think vitamin supplements are a big +. Have only used Boyd.

And though this is not totally related I make sure the fish get some garlic about once a week.
