What next, Please read

Well, so far in my attempts to successfully i've lost 4 fish. I still have my blue diamond and my red mellon and golden discus. I have a newer one that im not sure what it is. Anyway I added 2 fish last week. A few days ago they started looking funny. One died, now the remaining new one and my blue diamond have some kinda fungas and or fin rot....Today I noticed that all the discus are hanging around the top of the tank with there mouths at the top of the water. I have a big bubbler and adeqaute filtration. The chemistry of the water is about where it should be. Can I get some input on this please. Thanks!!

Okay Now they ALL have ich (white spots, not just my discus but my tertras angels and rams!) This is so frustrating. I do not have a hospittal tank to move them to. But since all the fish are sick now I guess this is my hosp. tank now... I really need some help ASAP. Ive been treating with melafix for the last 3 days. Ive never had much lucj with any meds, when they get sick 90% of the time they die. They still eat but just barely. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 
id say double check your parameter and do a 50-60 percent water change. Post your parameters. It could be becuase of lack of oxygen. But from what you described it not. Also id move the to hospital tank becuase of the fungus/ fin rot. You can either med them or put salt in the water
 
another idea! i donno if thise is the problem or not but it might help. Are you buying healthy discus to start with?
 
Well, the 2 that were most recently added seemed fine, they acclimated okay, then a week later ones dead and the whole tank is sick. I dont think its an oxygen problem. Its def a fungal/or bacterial infection, becuase every fish in the tank is showing signs, and my discus really dont look like they are going to last much longer. There is no sense in moving them to another tank becuase all tank mates are sick too. What meds have you had good luck with? Im going to change some water and post my parameters tonight. Thanks for your reply dynasty.
 
the water temp is 86 degrees farenheit ph, 6.6
 
i swear by melafiz and pemifix i would do a full dose of both but someone else might have a recamendation for a med that targets your problem
 
Good ol aquarium salt and water changes...
Works like a charm for me!
 
according to there labels melafix and pimafix go hand in hand. Hey all, my fish look terrible, absolutley awful. Ive been dosing proper amounts of mela and pima but it doesnt seem to be helping. They are all putting there mouths pointing up at the top of the water and breathing very heavily. There gills are opening very far and the eys are becoming cloudy. When you mean salt, do you mean just like aquarium salt that comes in the milk carton? I dont know what else to do they are getting worse. If someone lives around me and sees this please come look at them and help. I do not wanna lose these guys!!
