What now is on my 22" RTC

Check these pics out and see if you can help figure out what is wrong with my RTC.

He has these white things on him. Not white dots like ick would cause but white thick looking hairs. I hope the pics are ok.

I did a water change this morning and cleaned the filters becuase they needed it. The temp is also at 82 and i treated with some salt yeterday. He is eating but I cant figure out what is wrong. Every day is something different. The water is fine the nh3 nh4 is good and so is no2 and no3.

i know the pics are bad but its the best i can get. the tank is alittle cloudy still.

yup that's correct, it will just take a little time to run it's life cycle.

that's all it should take, just do not become impatient and start throwing meds in. that usually makes things worse.
