Am I done with my final tank?

-1x 6" black arowana
-5x 3" indo datnoid
-1x 4" flagtail
-3x 3" goldy pleco

What am I missing? I was thinking clown loaches, what do you guys think? Also I currently have all these guys in a 180, but about to get a 300 rubbermaid tub.
